This experience begins with a brief grounding moment to help settle the breath and body, followed by gentle Reiki energy work to encourage balance and relaxation.

Reiki + Sound Integration Ritual

An immersive Reiki experience designed to support deeper rest, emotional release, and energetic integration.
This ritual begins with a grounding foot soak and eucalyptus foot scrub to help the body arrive and unwind. Reiki energy work follows, supported by a soothing eucalyptus scalp ritual to further calm the nervous system.
Guests may choose an optional weighted blanket for additional grounding and comfort.
The session concludes with a mini sound immersion, using gentle instruments such as crystal bowls or chimes. This closing sound experience supports integration and allows the nervous system to settle into deep rest.
